Life continues to move at a fast pace, so when things slow down for a day we start to feel lazy. Sunday was a lazy day, a good lazy day because we realized it was okay to not have to be doing something and that wondering around the yard aimlessly or sitting on the bed folding socks while madison unfolds them is okay. We enjoy our weekends together and soon we will have a couple long weekends together, in may we are heading up to invermere for 5 days to visit friends and then a week and a half later we go to prince george for a friends graduation.

1994 Jayco Eagle 10 Popup Camper         We bought a tent trailer this weekend, with Angelika being pregnant and having kids this is huge step up from crawling into a tent and sleeping on the ground, now we have small kitchen with lights, a heater and even a real fridge, and no longer we will fear the rain. We have already booked camping in shuswap and osoyoos (aug.15-17;aug.17-24) I totally recommend the Osoyoos state park, the sites are bigger, the grounds are nicer and they have all the ammenities you need, should come up if you get the chance, plus i have a in with the mill so i get vanloads of firewood for free. The picture i posted is not our tent trailer but the exact same one, its just not in our yard.

Madison seems to get more exciting by the day, she is learning lots of words and is very playful, she likes to cuddle in the blankets with us and is a blast to be around. With her learning more comes her stubborn side and she will cry and cry to get her way, we mostly try not to step on her while she peers up from her cry wondering if she has won yet, no complaints though she is still pretty easy, made evident by the fact that we have got her off her bottle for naps and daytime, she just gets one for night now and the rest is sippy cups, i was surprised how easy it was, but i guess she likes her milk so after a while you dont care where it comes from, kind of like chinese food.

Great that you have some camping trips planned. We usually stay in a camper when we go to Shuswap but I am thinking we will bring out tent this year and "ruff it"... nothing can contain David anymore and I don't want him going through the cupboards when we put him to bed at night. I think he with like sleeping in a tent. Melissa
